Replacement of Sandstone Curbs in Urban Area

At Brett Bittner Excavation & Landscaping, we recently undertook a project that illustrates our commitment to enhancing urban infrastructure, even in challenging weather conditions. Our objective was to replace the existing old sandstone curbs, giving the area a much-needed update and ensuring durability in an urban setting often subjected to fluctuating weather conditions.

Equipped with excavators and guided by our skilled team, we began with the careful removal of the aging sandstone curbs. This task required not only meticulous attention to maintain the existing pavement but also precision in excavation to prepare the site for the new curbs.

Despite the snow, our team worked diligently to navigate the complexity of the project. Cold conditions can pose a challenge, especially when ensuring stability and fitting new materials perfectly. However, our dedication to maintaining steady progress while safeguarding quality truly shone through.

The transformation not only aims to improve the aesthetic of the streets but also to enhance safety and functionality. Each slab of sandstone was carefully selected and methodically laid, projecting our aim to blend practicality with visual appeal.
