Garage Floor Excavation and Preparation

We took on the task of transforming a garage space by starting with the complete removal of the existing concrete floor. Breaking up and removing concrete is always a messy job, but it's a critical first step in revamping a garage. We approached it with our usual precision, ensuring that the entire surface was cleared efficiently and safely, preparing the way for the next steps in the process.

Once the old floor was removed, we faced the challenge of cutting down the floor. This process required our top-notch equipment and attention to detail, as we had to ensure the new dimensions would fit the client’s requirements perfectly. We meticulously worked through this phase, measuring and re-checking every detail to ensure nothing was out of place.

With the groundwork set, we then prepared the area for laying new limestone and installing a new sewer line. This part of the project added an architectural element and meant we had to coordinate everything carefully to ensure each piece fit exactly where it should. It was a proud moment to see the limestone and sewer preparations take shape, underpinning the future function and longevity of the garage.

All this groundwork laid an impeccable foundation for the fresh concrete that would follow.
